Ajman Based Media and publishing Company looking to hire a Female Media and Event Coordinator with superb project management and organizational skills. Media and Event Coordinators are expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Digital Media Production and Event Coordinator Responsibilities: •Develop content for broadcast, print and online distribution channels. •Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals. •Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies. •Create and manage the organization’s social media profile and presence. •Promote additional projects to support new product launches. •Build long-term relationships with media houses. •Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline •Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues •Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities •Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.
