Job Description : 1.Passport Handling: Responsible to receive, keep and manage all Employee Passports under company custody and maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change. 2.Employee Soft Record: Maintain Scan record of (Passport copy, Emirates ID copy, Labor Contract, Photo with white background, Cancellation Copy (If Available), Visa Pasting Copy) as a Soft record & Hard File record of all company employees files and share data with HR Manager. 3.Visa Process: Responsible to submit and ensure the processing of all types of Visa applications, Medical, Visa Pasting and coordinate with Company PRO for timely processing, including all type of visa. 4.Renewals /Non-Renewals: Manage the timely renewal/Non-Renewals of all Employment Visas /Employee Immediate Dependents /Labor Contracts /Company Trade License/Tenancy Contract Renewal and Medical Insurance Renewal etc. 5.Employee Assistance: Assist and provide information to all Staff as per requirement on daily basis for all their daily concerns e.g. (Original Passport submission & withdrawal /All Application Approvals /Exit updates /Visa procedures (Emirates ID/Visa Pasting/Bank Account & ATM Card). 6.Exit Management: Manage and monitor Exit of all Staff upper level to lower level for their timely Exit for Change Status for the renewal of their Visa. 7.PRO Report Submission: Submit weekly reports on every Thursday related to (Visa expenses, Exit Expenses, Travelling Expenses, over stay Charges, Visa Renewal, and non-renewal, and visa cancellation) to HR and monthly report on every last day of each month. 8.AIR Ticket Booking: Responsible for timely Air ticket booking with the coordination of listed travel agents and update to all concerning staff accordingly. 9. DEWA and other utility bills management: Responsible for the payment and clearance of Dewa & all other Utility bills as per due and must maintain record.
